TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Estimated shipping is 4-5 weeks upon approval of artwork and payment due. A minimum of 50% deposit is required and all orders are to be paid 100% prior to shipping. Due to variables in manufacturing, all dates quoted are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Claims must be reported to Hometown Athlete within 10 days of receipt. When requesting a return authorization label, the following information is required – reason for return, invoice #, style #, color #, size and quantity. An authorization label will be sent to you to prepare the merchandise for return. We reserve the right to repair, replace or issue credit for any merchandise returned. All custom items may not be returned under any circumstances.
Hometown Athlete offers a limited guarantee for our products because we care about your satisfaction. If product has defects other than normal wear and tear, used under normal conditions – we reserve the right to repair, replace or issue credit.
Hometown Athlete will make every effort possible to match colors. Color variations can occur due to, but not limited to, many variables including the supply and the manufacturing process, and are beyond the control of Hometown Athlete. We cannot make any color match guarantees. We reserve the right to make substitutions to fabrics and material as needed.
By submitting your
final mockup approval to our design team, “You agree to the following terms”.
I verify that all lettering and/or word spellings, graphics, colors and content included in the approved mockup are correct.
Hometown Athlete is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
Misspelling, Graphics, Grammar, Punctuation and Final Appearance of Colors.
NOTE: (Mockups are not to scale and are used for demonstration purposes only, as all sizing and placement is per our standards. The colors displayed on your screen and shown on your mockup are not guaranteed to be a true match to the colors that will be on the finished product.)
Artwork is billed at $50/hour.
Photography is the property of HTA and is not to be used without written authorization.
Due to custom orders, once order is placed no changes or cancellations are accepted.
All claims must be made in writing within 5 days of receiving merchandise. We reserve the right to ship +/- 10% of original order.
Do not wash white and colored garments together. All garments should be washed in cold water. For best results, garments (particularly those containing spandex) should be hung to drip dry.
LICENSE TO USE SUBMISSIONS
You agree to indemnify and hold hometown athlete, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, including, without limitation, intellectual property claims related to order requests, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from or related to your use of this site or breach of the terms.
